Monocultivar Oil is a product realized with only one olive variety. During the production cycle, they are processed separately and then stored in numbered containers to make every produced bottle express its history in terms of variety, territory and climate. Monocultivar available in our shop are made from the following varieties: Ogliarola, Peranzana, Fs17 and Coratina, each of them full purity.
